8. Outlet Products: any product offered by Trader in the online outlet; 
9. Privacy Policy: the policy regarding privacy as determined by Trader and mentioned on the Website;
10. Right of Withdrawal: the possibility for Consumer to waive a Distance Contract within the Withdrawal Period;
11. Supplementary Agreement: an agreement in which Consumer obtains products, Digital Content and/or services via a Distance Contract, and Trader or a third party delivers these products, Digital Content and/or services in accordance with an agreement between that third party and the Trader;
12. Technique for Distance Communication: means that can be used for communication regarding the offer made by Trader and concluding a contract, without the necessity of Consumer and Trader being in the same place at the same time.
13. Trader: a natural or legal person who offers products, (access to) Digital Content and/or services to Consumers from a distance;
14. Withdrawal Period: the period within which Consumer can make use of his Right of Withdrawal or returns and exchanges;

All the products on our website depicts exactly what you will receive when you make an order. If you have any other special requests, you must let us know in the message section. Nonetheless, there may be slight variations in the color intensity of some suits. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are a hundred percent accurate representation of the actual merchandise. By submitting an order to us through our website, you declare that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details. We will not take any responsibilities if the details provided are wrong.

Customer’s Notice

All the products displayed on this website which includes but not limited to (jacket, trousers, vest, etc.) does not include any accessories such as lapel pins, ties, hat, crutch shown in the displayed pictures. Nonetheless any item seen as a decoration of the suit can be purchased at an extra cost.  Depending on which screen you are using to surf our website, there may be a slight color difference between the photo and the finished suit, because computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen. Contact us for any clarifications before placing an order if you are not sure.

Pricing

Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in United Stated Dollars. Prices, products and Services may change at Shopkingsuits.com’s discretion.

Shipping

We use elite delivery companies as our third-party partners. All packages are sent within 1-3 days after a successful payment is made. Delivery is dependent on several factors and varies from country to country. For some countries, the pricing on our website includes the delivery cost. Buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Estimated arrival time is 7-10 days. We subsidize 5-10% delivery cost for some countries.

Termination of Use

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the on this platform at any time if you are found breaching any rules. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of any King Suits Property at any time without prior notice.
